A large number of name servers crashed on Nov. 15th with the following error: INSIST(! dns_rdataset_isassociated(sigrdataset)). This issue occurred on multiple versions of BIND 9 and seemed to be exposed only on servers that had recursion enabled. ISC has provided a fix to this issue on the named versions above.
